    This restaurant was partially closed for renovations. We went through the drive thru.
    Paid an drove to the front of the restaurant. Noticed that we were overcharged.
    Joshua and Michelle went over the receipt and
    Found the error. They promptly gave us the refund.
    Great service. One of the best McDonald's that I have been to.

    Dear Hubby and I were coming back from L.A.  It was a Saturday evening, and getting late.  He was looking for a restroom and something sweet, like a shake.  We don't often get to this location, but it was convenient off the freeway.

    Unfortunately, though we would expect the interior to be open on a Saturday, it was shut down.  Drive-thru only, which didn't help with the need for a comfort stop.

    We ended up leaving, as it wasn't convenient for the need at the time.  One moral of the story is that it's difficult to find open facilities in Simi Valley past 10:00 or 11:00 PM.  This McDonald's location wasn't friendly for the travelers at the hour we tried to visit.

    This location has always been quite fast and clean. Parking is not usually hard to find and the there is always enough staff working. Restrooms are kept clean, and kiosks work well.

    Just got home from picking up McDonalds from the Galena location... wow, opened up our bags, shorted a 10 piece nuggets. Eh no big deal, then I unwrapped my cheeseburger, which looked like a crime scene lol.  Tried my best to wipe away the majority of the ketchup, and with high hopes I took the nastiest bite of my fast food life. Extremely disappointed @ how comical the food and the service was today. Will not be returning to this location.
